Yes, you can make advance payment to your invoice.
  1. Click on invoice that you want to pay.
  2. Insert your desire amount (advance), choose payment method and click Add Payment

Can my tenant see and pay the bill for my unit (E.g. Water Bills)

Yes, tenant can see and pay any invoices and bills in owner's unit.

How do I view all Complaints that are tagged as Society by other residents

  1. Login to ARMS2U
  2. Go to "Complaint" menu
  3. Empty/delete any text in "Search" field.

  1. Login to ARMS2U System
  2. Go to "Profile" menu
  3. Type current password and insert new password.
  4. Click Save

  3. Insert updated phone number or email address.
  4. Click Save

  1. Login to ARMS2U
  2. Go to "Accounts"
  3. Tick any invoice that you want to pay
  4. Click "Pay Now"
  5. Choose "Payment method" and click "Add Payment"
  6. Choose bank and click Pay.

How to view and print receipt

  1. Login to ARMS2U
  2. Click on "Accounts"
  3. Click on "+" button on any invoices that already Fully Paid or Partially Paid.
  4. Click "View Payment Receipt"

How to view latest account statement

  1. Login to ARMS2U
  2. Click on "Accounts"
  3. Click on "Invoice Date" and system will sort it descending. The latest invoice will be on top.

I am a relative of the owner and manage the unit in this condo, can I register in ARMS2U ?

Yes, you can either register as Owner using their own personal details or register as yourselves as family member in registration form. ([Register Here])

I am owner of commercial unit. Do I need to register both G and 1F unit?

No, Owner of Commercial unit needs to register on Ground "G" unit only. Tenants, in other case, need to register "G" or "1F" respectively or both if tenant is renting both units.

I have make a bank transfer to Management, how can I upload to ARMS2u ?

For bank transfer or any other payment outside ARMS2U, you need to email the proof of payment (receipt) to management office or accountant / treasurer who manages your residential finance for verification. Payment will be updated in 3 to 5 business days.  

I have registered in ARMS2U but still cannot login. What should I do?

Yes, you can register two or more units using the same email address but you need to register using different username.

Why do I see "Owner..." in my receipt?

The owners of respective unit that still do not register in ARMS2U will be shown as "Owner-(unit number)". Please advice owner to register in ARMS2U [Here]
