WHAT IS ARMS2U?
ARMS2U is a web-based system to help residential committee members (e.g. JMB) to manage end-to-end resident’s financial, social & security affairs.
The system also helps resident members to get in touch with JMB such as paying bills online, issue complaints, manage visitors and so much more.
It features easy and responsive user interface with both desktop and mobile friendly view.
WHAT CAN I DO AS A MEMBER?
There are more than 10 features in ARMS2U to help you get in touch with your JMB and also the rest of the residential community. These are some of the highlights:
Payment Made Easy
ARMS2U makes it easy to make your maintenance and bill payments by integrating with Payment Gateway (online banking). All invoices and receipts are stored in the system, so no more worries.
Log Complaints Online
Gone are the days when you have to call management office and fill up form just to complain about water leaking in your units. Now you can just log and track any complaint using the convenience of your phone.
Book Common Facility
You have multi purpose hall, badminton court or function room in your area? Now you can view the availability and book the facility online. No need to call management or security anymore.
Request Visitor Entry
Manage and logging visitors entry are important but its so annoying for visitors and security to log this manually. With ARMS2U, resident can request for visitor entry up-front and security will see this in the system and allow your visitors to enter. Soon, we will have QR entry feature to further simplify this process.
View Notices & Events
Getting in touch with your community can be difficult with your busy routines, but with ARMS2U you will be aware about all important events and notices happening in your residential area.
Email, SMS or WhatsApp Notifications
ARMS2U can be set to remind you all kinds of transactions via email, SMS and even WhatsApp. Whether its bill reminder, complaint status, visitor check-ins or notices from JMB, you will get the notification when it happens. So you wont miss a single thing!
